I brought my Buick here in a dire situation. The heat went out in the very beginning of the cold season. Frozen to the bone I brought it to another shop. They told me they thought it was electrical and ripped out my entire dashboard. Only to then not be able to figure it out or fix it. So I pulled into Lowry repair center without an appointment, just a hope they could help me. And did they ever. Not only did John get me in that minute but he fixed it in half of a day. Not only did he make space and time for me but he charged me so fairly. I honestly expected to pay double what I did. These guys are incredible. Thanks for saving me!! Found my new mechanic!
Great bunch of guys! Real down to earth. Won't try to sell you on stuff you do not need. I highly recommend this shop.
I trust this shop and would drive out of my way to take my car there. Super upfront mechanics and I never feel like they're pushing me to make unnecessary repairs.
I was leaving town on Friday June 30th for a long 4th of july weekend and realised i needed my oil changed i called Jeff at 9:30 Friday morning for a oil change and he told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. i was headed north on my trip at 10:45 thank you Lowry Repair Center as always excellent job.

Once again, I'm driving home happy. John and Jeff take excellent care of all our family cars. I have over 117,000 miles on my 2002 Saturn and it still runs like new thanks to these guys. Ladies, this is THE place to go. They will explain and show you what's wrong, give you choices of new or used parts if they can, show you the old parts they replace and make recommendations of what to keep an eye on for later. One-stop shopping for all my car needs: oil changes, new tires, new brakes. No more being taken advantage of at T*res Plus, J*ffy Lube, or M*das for me! 🙂
This was my first time. I have to say, I was well pleased with the service I received! The shop I typically receive service from would not accept the service agreement I purchased when I bought my vehicle so I needed to look elsewhere - this is what lead me to John's! The employee's could not have been more kind. They were very personable, made me coffee and fixed my car. Repairs never seem to be cheap but I feel as though I received great service at a fair price. Although I would go back, I hope I don't have to any time soon!
John has always taken care of our cars. I would not consider taking my car anywhere else. Service has always been excellent, fast and reasonable. I would recommend Lowry Repair Service to anybody who wants reliable service. He is the best!!
